Relationships with your banker/mortgage broker

Ø Build your referral systems
Ø Make sure you have a good relationship with your banker, finance person or mortgage broker
Ø If getting a loan, you will need to show that you have the relationship with a bank.
Ø Ask for referrals from others
Ø When you receive a referral, follow up with both the person who gave you the referral aswell as the new referral.
Ø Re getting a mortgage – banks are asking for proof of savings, now need 3% to 5% savings deposit. Lenders are only lending up to 90% of the value.
